Affiliate disclosure

Right now we have no affiliate relationships and no sponsors. Nobody pays us for the gear we mention, and none of our links earn us anything.

We expect to join affiliate programs and work with sponsors in the future. When we do, these rules apply:

We'll say so where you'll see it. Affiliate links are marked on the page where they appear, before you click, not only on this page.

In videos, we'll say it out loud. If a video is sponsored or includes gear we were given or paid to feature, we'll say so in the video and in its description, and use YouTube's paid-promotion label.

Free and discounted gear counts. If a company gives us something for free or at a discount, we'll tell you, even if they asked for nothing in return.

Our opinions aren't for sale. We only recommend things we use aboard or would buy ourselves. A commission or a free product never changes what we say about it, and we'll report problems with sponsored gear the same as anything else.

The shop sells our own Hot 'n Dirty designs through Fourthwall. When you buy merch, the profit goes to us. That isn't an affiliate arrangement; it's our store.
