Everything in our shop is printed to order by Fourthwall, our store partner. Fourthwall runs checkout, shipping and order support for us. If something arrives wrong, Fourthwall's support team will make it right.
For any problem with an order, contact Fourthwall support: shop.mvhotndirty.com/contact. That form goes straight to Fourthwall's team. They handle replacements and refunds, and they answer faster than we can from the boat.
Questions
How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive within 5 to 11 days. Each item is printed after you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse. You'll get tracking by email when it ships.
How much is shipping?
It depends on the weight of your order and where it's going. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
My item arrived damaged, misprinted or defective. What do I do?
Contact Fourthwall support within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem, taken on a flat, well-lit surface with the tag showing. Fourthwall will replace or refund it.
I got the wrong item, size or color. Is that covered?
Yes, if what arrived is different from what you ordered. Contact Fourthwall support with your order number and a photo of what you received.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
We can't. Every item is printed just for you, so returns and exchanges for size or a change of mind aren't possible. Please check the size guide on each product before you order. Our women's rash guards are a slim fit.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it goes into production. Use the link in your order confirmation email. Once it's being printed, it can't be changed.
My package hasn't arrived.
If tracking hasn't updated in 2 weeks (US) or 3 weeks (international), contact Fourthwall support with your order number and they'll sort it out.
The print on my dark shirt looks a little softer than the photos.
That's normal. On dark fabric the ink soaks into the cotton, so colors look slightly muted. It isn't a defect.
I'm outside the US. Will I pay import fees?
You might. Depending on where you are, import duties are either collected at checkout or charged on delivery by your country's customs.
